Individual Coaching

One-on-one nutrition coaching to provide an individualized approach to your nutrition. Services include:

  • Detailed assessment of dietary habits, health history, athletic history, injury history, current training plan, goals, etc.

  • Individualized fueling & hydration plan for training & competition.

  • Fueling tips and specified plans for injury prevention, injury recovery & return to play.

  • Review of nutrition-related lab data & performance testing

  • Weekly feedback & communication through a performance nutrition app.

  • Supplementation recommendations as necessary.

Team Workshops

Purposeful Fueling Team Workshops are completely customizable to your needs and will include tangible resources that your athletes can take and apply right away.
